Champions Once Again

Bring home the bacon - that was the goal of the Theresian Communicators Organization’s (TCO) softball coach, Caroline Lugay, for the year 2013.  Some people may have insisted that it was sheer luck that gave the team their title, "Softball Champions for 2012”, and she wanted to prove that her team deserved it.

Coach Lugay displayed positive attitude towards her team. The team is consisted mostly of students who were new to the sport and some players who were already part of her team in 2012.

The weeks of rough practice paid off when they won their third game against the Junior Educators' Organization which made TCO champions once again. Happiness flooded over the field as Joanna Son's bat went out of the field, making a home-run. 

Two years of consecutive winning is enough proof that the title “Softball Champion” is well deserved and is not earned by means of sheer luck.
